These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely and made available, via internet, from the website www.frasibags.com.
PRICES
The prices shown are in EURO and include VAT for the Member States of the European Union and duties and taxes for the United States, Switzerland and Norway. FrasiBags offers its customers the possibility to view prices in other currencies for valuation purposes only.
ORDERS
All payments are made in EURO and include VAT (EU Member States), duties and local taxes (USA, Switzerland and Norway).
No other amount will be due at the time of delivery. For direct orders to countries outside the EU (with the exception of the United States, Switzerland and Norway), local duties and taxes may be charged at the time of delivery.
When ordering, please check the accuracy of your billing and delivery data and addresses. In case of errors, please let us know promptly at info@frasibags.com.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Order processing times depend on the availability of the items. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the funds are credited. Delivery times depend exclusively on the type of shipment chosen by the customer, the time declared by the carrier and any customs inspections.
The customer is required to check that the products received correspond to those of the order placed. If the products delivered show defects, the customer must contact FrasiBags no later than 48 hours after delivery, sending an email with photos of the defects found to the following email address: info@frasibags.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Ai sensi dell’art. 52 del decreto legislativo 6 settembre 2005 n. 206 (“Codice del Consumo”), hai diritto di recedere dal contratto sottoscritto con il Venditore senza alcuna penalità e senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione, entro quattordici (14) giorni dal giorno in cui hai ricevuto i prodotti acquistati su frasibags.com. FrasiBags garantisce il rimborso al 100%, fatta eccezione per le spese di spedizione e di eventuali dazi e imposte locali che NON VERRANNO RIMBORSATI. FrasiBags assicura il diritto di recesso dall'acquisto entro e non oltre 14 giorni dalla data di consegna. Il rimborso verrà effettuato entro e non oltre 10 giorni dalla ricezione della merce restituita. Non sono oggetto del diritto di recesso:

All products without label or with label removed, used or incomplete will not be refunded. The customer in possession of an account must make the return request from the appropriate section within his personal area. The customer who has instead expressly renounced to create an account must communicate his willingness to withdraw from the purchase by registered mail to the address: FRASI DI HUANG FRANCESCO, Via Erbosa 30C/2, Campi Bisenzio 50013 (Florence) Italy, possibly followed by an email to info@frasibags.com.
FrasiBags reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and return them to the sender. Acceptance of such returns shall in any case entail a charge of up to 20% of the value of the returned goods or the issue of a refund in the form of store credit.
In case of free return, FrasiBags will provide the prepaid label. If a different label is used, the return shipping cost will not be refunded. An e-mail with the prepaid label will be sent for each return request.
For all other cases, the customer is fully responsible for the return. For this reason, FrasiBags recommends using a traceable shipping system.
WARRANTY AND COMPLIANCE
All FrasiBags products are guaranteed 12 months from the date of delivery. In case of problems, the customer agrees to contact FrasiBags directly by sending an email with a photographic description of the problem to the following address: info@frasibags.com.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse or normal loss of color and wear and tear of materials.
Baggage damage caused by handling by airlines is not covered by this warranty, in which case claims should be addressed directly to the airline.
FrasiBags reserves the right to charge the customer for any expenses incurred for the verification of the product and for its shipment, if it is intact and functioning or free of the lack of conformity complained of and referable to the date of delivery.
The images and colours of the articles on the site may not fully correspond to the real colours due to the type of computer screen or browser used for navigation.
APPLICABLE LAW
The purchase contract between the Customer and FrasiBags is to be understood as concluded in Italy and is therefore governed by Italian law and EU regulations governing distance purchases. In the event of any dispute, the competent court will be the Court of Florence.
