All our products are manufactured in Italy, in Genuine Leather 100% Made in Italy and have 12 months warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to normal wear, accident, abuse or normal loss of color and wear of the materials. But it applies to manufacturing defects.

Each of our leather bags or accessories is handcrafted and subjected to careful quality controls. Small imperfections are attributable to the craftsmanship of the product, as well as slight variations in color are naturally linked to the tanning and processing process: this is not a defect, but it is an advantage because it makes your bag unique.

Also, if you are not satisfied you have 14 days to reconsider and request the change of the product (see Return Policy).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Shipping costs €6.00 and is free for orders over €40.00 in Italy. International shipments vary from country to country and are calculated automatically at checkout .

Order processing times depend on the availability of the items. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the funds are credited. Delivery times vary from 3/4 working days for Italy and 4/5 working days for international shipments. Usually, all orders are delivered no later than 7 working days .

The customer is required to verify that the products received correspond to those of the order placed. If the delivered products show defects, the customer must contact FrasiBags no later than 48 hours from delivery, by sending an email with a photo of the defects found to the following email address: info@frasibags.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on frasibags.com. FrasiBags guarantees a 100% refund of the amount of the purchased item (s), except for the shipping costs for returning the goods and any local duties and taxes that WILL NOT BE REFUNDED . FrasiBags ensures the right of withdrawal from the purchase no later than 14 days from the delivery date. The refund will be made no later than 10 days from receipt of the returned goods. The following are not subject to the right of withdrawal:

All products without label or with label removed, used or incomplete will not be refunded. The customer with an account must make the return request from the appropriate section within his personal area. The customer who has expressly renounced to create an account must communicate his desire to withdraw from the purchase by registered letter with return receipt to the address: FRASI DI HUANG FRANCESCO, Via Erbosa 30C / 2, Campi Bisenzio 50013 (Florence) Italy, possibly followed by an email to info@frasibags.com.

FrasiBags reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and return them to the sender. Any acceptance of such returns will in any case involve a charge of up to 20% of the value of the returned goods or the issuance of a refund in the form of a store credit.

In the event of a free return, FrasiBags will provide the prepaid label. If a different label is used, the return shipping cost will not be refunded. For each return request, an e-mail will be sent with the prepaid label.

For all other cases, the return is borne by the customer who is fully responsible for it. For this FrasiBags recommends using a traceable shipping system.
